If the vehicle does not support CarPlay or Android Auto
- Use a portable smart screen. It has its own display and adds CarPlay or Android Auto without replacing the original infotainment system.
- Audio may be transmitted through Bluetooth, AUX, FM, or another supported audio connection.
If the vehicle already supports wired CarPlay or Android Auto
- Use a wireless adapter to convert the existing wired connection into a wireless connection.
- A wireless adapter does not normally add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that lacks the wired function.
