How do I connect the portable display for the first time?

The exact procedure varies by model, but the general setup process is as follows:
- Securely install the display in a safe location.
- Connect the supplied power cable to a compatible USB port, 12 V accessory socket, or approved wiring kit.
- Turn on the display.
- Select CarPlay or Android Auto on the display.
- Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the phone.
- Open the phone's Bluetooth settings and select the device name shown on the display.
- Accept the pairing request and the required CarPlay or Android Auto permissions.
- Wait for the CarPlay or Android Auto interface to appear.
The display shows the supported CarPlay or Android Auto interface; it does not normally duplicate every app or the complete phone screen.
After the first successful pairing, the display will usually reconnect automatically when it is powered on and the paired phone is nearby. Connection time varies by phone, display, and wireless environment.
