Available audio methods depend on the display and vehicle.
Bluetooth audio
- The display or phone sends audio to the vehicle's Bluetooth system.
- Select Bluetooth Audio as the source on the vehicle's infotainment system. Sound quality and support for steering-wheel controls depend on the vehicle, phone, and connection method.
AUX connection
- Connect the display's audio output to the vehicle's AUX input using a compatible audio cable, and select AUX as the vehicle's audio source.
- A wired AUX connection can provide a stable audio signal, but volume and track controls may need to be operated from the display or phone.
FM transmission
Built-in speaker
- Some displays include a speaker for navigation prompts, calls, or media. The volume and sound quality are usually more limited than the vehicle's audio system.
Only the audio methods specifically supported by the product are available.
